OUR FOUNDER

Ertan Ozdemir is a graduate of Ankara University – Faculty of Political Sciences, majored in Economics & Finance in 1967.
He completed his Graduate Study on “International Tax Policy” at Harvard Law School, USA, in 1975-76.
He attended “Computerization of Taxation” studies at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in Washington, DC, USA. (1976) and “Government Finance and Estimation of Budget Revenues” seminars at International Monetary Fund (IMF) (1978).
Ertan Ozdemir is the former Certified Public Accountant (CPA) worked as a tax auditor (1967 -1976) and Assistant General Director of Internal Revenues of Ministry of Finance in Turkey (1976-1979).
In the midst of 1979, Ozdemir moved to a financial consulting firm in the private sector, to serve as company partner/consultant, and afterwards he worked as General Manager and Board of Directors member, for the biggest company operating in Securities Market in İstanbul.
Ertan Ozdemir, established his own company, “Ozdemir Certified Financial Consulting and Independent Auditing Inc.” in 1983, which provided financial consultancy, tax consultancy and tax audit, project based consulting, merger & acquisition and investment consulting services, for many foreign and domestic firms, with his experts, for 25 years.
Ozdemir merged with worldwide consulting and audit company Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd. in Turkey, in June 2007 and he worked as Advisory Tax Partner, advisor to the Chairman and CEO Consultant at Deloitte Turkey for 7 years.
Ozdemir retired from Deloitte at the end of May 2014.
Now, he is serving as Advisory Consultant in his office.
